Circles for organizations
We distinguish various circles to help an organization function better:
- Growth Circles, to improve how members coordinate, continuously adapt to events and achieve their goals together;

- Creativity Circles, to innovate together out of an open field where the societal purpose of the organization is at the core.
Each of these different circles is a unique process fostering individual and collective expressions. Circles are facilitated by Easers, specifically trained to help participants reach deeper states of ease and consciousness.
This fosters focus, cooperation, trust and creativity among team members, which in turns increases cohesiveness and develops a heightened level of impact that the organization has within society.
Management Guidance
Our team accompanies managers to implement distributed leadership within organizations. Together with you, Laurent and the UniOne team will assess tools, practices, and team members to mentor managers and CEOs in the implementation of distributed leadership in their organizations.
Trainings for Organizational Easers
We offer trainings for people who aspire to become easers of circles within their organizations. These trainings will prepare you to become an in-house Easer.
Organization's Retreats
